Halkidiki green olives are qualified by the large size of the fruit, shinny yellow-green color, fine fruity aroma, a slightly bitter and spicy taste and without the sense of greasiness.
We select them with extra care one by one. Marinated in sea salt, homedae wine vinegar and flavoured with herbs wich we gather ourselves from remote mountain areas in Greece.
